Very quick July update

Still up and down but fun times on the way.

LIFE JOURNEYMEDICAL JOURNEY

One of my big pleasures is seeing flowers bloom. This zinna by my front door was exquisite.

My last post was about how rough it is sometimes.

Sometimes it's still rough—like early last week when my stomach was unhappy. And that brought home my reality that when I feel rotten I'd rather be at home. So I'm shortening my planned trip this week.

But I still have a couple of outings on the book this week with my sister, one the planned trip to Savannah which includes a family reunion in the county next door. I haven't been to Savannah in over four years. That's the longest time in my life that I've been away from my home area. I look forward to being there later this week.

I'll let y'all know afterward how I fare.

I would appreciate your prayers and/or good vibes that I do well and feel well and enjoy my time with family and friends.

One more look at my flowers. This was the first zinnia that bloomed from seed.

I'm very grateful for the pleasures flowers and friends and family bring me.
